Effective 26 August 2026
theyfell.com is a browser game run by Clouthier Simulation Labs, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada, operated by Kyle Clouthier. By playing, you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
You pick a side, spend charges to take and defend territory on a shared map, and when ground falls a public record of that event is created. The map, the standings and the cards are visible to everyone. Play does not require an account, an email address or any personal information.
Free charges regenerate on a timer. You can also buy charge packs. Prices are in US dollars and payment is processed by PayPal; we never see or store your card or bank details.
Charges are a virtual game resource. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and exist only inside this game.
Refunds: charges you have spent are consumed and cannot be refunded. If you have unspent purchased charges and want your money back, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the unspent portion. If we ever shut the game down, we will refund unspent purchased charges without being asked.
Your progress is tied to this browser unless you link an account. If you buy charges, link an account. We can restore a lost purchase from our payment records, but an account link means you never have to ask.
The sides on the map are named after communities and fandoms: football clubs, artists' fan bases, games, software. These names are used as labels for their fan communities, the same way a pub quiz team might be named. No side is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the brand, club, artist or project whose community it represents. All trademarks belong to their owners. If you hold rights to a name used here and want it changed or removed, email us and it will be handled promptly.
Territories can carry a sponsor's name. Sponsorships are reviewed by a person before going live, and every sponsor metric we display is public. Sponsorship of ground is advertising, not endorsement of any side.
We can pause the game, freeze territory, remove content or restrict accounts to deal with cheating, automation, harassment campaigns or anything that breaks the game for others. We try to use these tools rarely and only as heavily as the problem demands.
You must be 13 or older to play. To buy charges you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission and use of their payment method with their consent.
The game is provided as it is, without warranties. We are a small operation: territory can be lost, servers can hiccup, and seasons or rules may change as the game evolves. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If we change the terms in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and significant changes will be noted on the site.
